Clinical Intern, Social Media/Marketing Intern

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding career cheering people on as they gain their health and life back? Charm City Healing Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic is a fast-paced, rewarding, and positive place to work.
You are a Jill/Jack of all trades who likes to learn new things, can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of our growing team as we help people find their way toward health and wellness.
You are a multitasker extraordinaire who follows instructions impeccably, has stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism, has Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes. You’re also a mind-reader.
The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room. You will be the patient’s first and last contact, greeting them at the door, assisting at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and assisting the acupuncturist in any way needed. You will keep on top of daily clinic sanitation and spread positivity through every interaction. You set the tone for every person who walks through our door or calls our clinic. You will also help manage the office and assist with the business side of things. Social media skills and creativity will give you bonus points!
You will have a part-time schedule and be offered a competitive wage (dependent on experience) with room to grow into a promising career. We have a weekday, daytime/early evening schedule with the major holidays off.
If you are a people pleaser who doesn’t need micromanaging, but you fear you don’t have the qualifications, apply anyway! We hire real living people who are authentic, resourceful, and outgoing. We will train the right candidate.
If this sounds interesting, and you’d like to join this fun, fulfilling office in Baltimore, please don’t call us!
